Monarchs owner Ronald Crump reportedly requested a meeting with FSU QB Johnnie Vaughan. Vaughan and agent Drew Rosenhaus refused and reiterated that he will not play for London. Could mean Monarchs trade down.

Several former members of Garrett's staff finalizing deals with Monarchs. Ken Amato as DC. Ben Bloom defensive asst. Phillip Tanner ST. Judd Garrett to head up scouting department. Kendall Smith S&C. Mick Lombardi, former Pats assistant, signed on as off. asst. No OC formally named.

Monarchs flying in several FA QBs for workouts thus week. Tannehill, Bortles, Mullins, Flacco. Rosen also working with new staff extensively. Scrambling after Vaughan snub.

The London Monarchs have agreed on a trade for the #1 pick. The Cowboys have sent the #7 pick, #7 in the 2nd round and their 2021 1st. Monarchs add a 6th this year (#189). Great haul for Monarchs. Cowboys presumably drafting FSU QB Vaughan with Dak Prescott having signed in Denver. The Cowboys are on the clock!

Puzzling pick by the Cowboys. Traded up to draft MLB Freddie Brackett #1 overall? Should be a great QB but their QB1 is currently Brett Rypien.
