Tiny Jimenez ruled out for the 2035 NBA Playoffs with a broken left ankle.



Shortly after the Suns Game 1 loss to the Pelicans, the team was alerted on the injury status regarding their superstar point guard. The University Medical Center of New Orleans confirmed a broken left ankle that will put Jimenez on the sidelines for the next 8-10 weeks.

"Surgery isn't required but Tiny won't be able to put any weight on his foot during the healing process for the first 6-8 weeks. It's not just a major blow to this team, but to the entire city of Phoenix. We wish Tiny & his family the best during his healing process & we'll prepare for Game 2 tomorrow night." Suns' head coach, LeBron James, told DS.net at today's shootaround.

This is Jimenez's second major injury of 2035, after tearing his MCL in his right knee on January 8th in Dallas.
