Medical Bay Visit.
"Everything looks great so far.." The doctor said as he looked at my foot on his monitor.
"The doctor who reattached your tendon did a nearly flawless job.. It's just such a shame that your planet doesn't have these medical advancements.. I'll have you back on your feet & making a full recovery in 20-30 days."
"20-30 days?! That's incredible!" I said as I looked at Faria with pure excitement on my face.
"I have this cream here for you to apply to the back of your foot once a day for 7 days. The cream contains a self-regenerative plasma that, once it seeps into the skin, communicates with your body to completely restore whatever ailment you're suffering from.. In your case, it's going to strengthen your achilles tendon, & all of the muscles, joints, & tendons surrounding it, back to it's intended state. You'll be able to return to full activity as if you were never hurt.."
"That's what I wanted to hear, doc. My job back on Earth requires a lot of speed & quickness, so I was a little concerned about never reaching that version of myself again."

I don't have a doubt in my mind, though, that you'll have any trouble. Your human skin absorbs substances rather easy so I'm very confident for you.. "How soon should I lose the crutch I'm using?"
"As soon as you want. I wouldn't try to start putting too much pressure on it for the first few days of applying the cream, but I think you'll notice & feel the improvement in your foot. When you know, you'll know. May not sound like the best medical advice, but trust your judgement & trust the medicine."

I shook my head to signify that I didn't have anymore questions. We paid for the bottle of space cream & headed back into the lobby where Faria asked me a question.
"So, now that that's finished.. How soon do you want to return home?"
