That 3-peat is legendary & the team brought Fox back (who I think was huge in limiting James Taylor in the NBA Finals) so I'm expecting another full-force Pels' squad despite losing AD in free agency.

But oh man did the Trail Blazers almost bring it to a halt! & that's why Sauce gets the rep he's deserved.

miami has been a perennial bottom feeder for multiple seasons in this chise. Hopefully he can turn that ship around.

Reminds me of when I hinted at Tiny, Bam, & RJ teaming up in Portland but they both went to Miami instead.

They want a chance at making it to the NBA Finals I guess 3 60 win teams in 2031 meant it was time for a new scenery.

Tiny had always known that Faria wasn't like other girls. She was from another planet, for one thing. But more than that, there was a sense of otherness about her, an exoticism that Tiny found irresistible.

They had been together since December when she intimidated him into a relationship. Not long after spending so much time with TIny & his family in Japan, she began to miss her actual home. She decided that she was going to leave Earth and head back into the galaxy, searching for other potential survivors after the destruction of her home 3 years ago. Tiny was devastated, of course, but he knew that she had to follow her heart.

"It's not that I don't love you, Tiny," Faria told him, her voice low and gentle. "It's just that I have to do this. I have to find out if there are any others like us out there."

"No. I don't want you to go searching the galaxy alone. I want you to stay here with me.. With us."

"I'm sorry, but I have to go.."

"No. I'll never let you go."

You have your entire life here.. Everyone here LOVES you! You have our children to raise, and your reputation is here on Earth.. You haven't seen the last of me. I'll always love you & I'll always remember the time we spent together.. but it's time for me to move on." She said as she took his hand and squeezed it gently.

And with that, Faria turned and walked away towards her spaceship, eventually disappearing into the night sky. Tiny stood there for a long time, watching her go, feeling both empty and grateful at the same time. He knew that her departure was for the best, that she had to follow her heart and that he had to stay on Earth and raise his children. But that didn't make it any easier to say goodbye.
