🟥 TEXAS A&M RECRUITING — 2031 CLASS

Texas A&M continues to assemble one of the top recruiting groups in the country, currently sitting at #12 nationally with a class centered around defensive talent, athletic versatility, and long-term quarterback development. The Aggies added multiple impact defenders while continuing to build SEC-caliber depth across the roster.

Leading the class is four-star defensive tackle Colt Simms from Muskegon, Michigan, ranked as the #2 DT nationally. At 305 pounds, Simms brings elite strength and interior disruption potential, giving Texas A&M a future anchor along the defensive front.

The Aggies also strengthened the back seven with four-star cornerback Jermaine McNitt and four-star linebacker Doug Benshaw, adding speed, range, and physicality to the defense. Versatile athlete Keenan Griggs adds another dynamic piece at 6’4”, capable of contributing on either side of the football thanks to his size and explosiveness.

At quarterback, Texas A&M secured a pair of intriguing prospects in Tory Foucha and Femi Fuata. Foucha offers prototypical pocket-passer size with a strong vertical arm, while Fuata brings mobility and developmental upside as a dual-threat option. The class is rounded out by offensive guard Randy MacChristopher, who provides valuable depth and toughness in the trenches.

🏆 TOP 10 RECRUITS IN THE NATION — 2031 CLASS

The battle for the nation’s top talent is heating up as the 2031 recruiting cycle continues to take shape, featuring a loaded group of elite athletes, blue-chip defenders, and program-changing playmakers. With multiple Top 10 prospects already committed to powerhouse programs, the SEC once again appears positioned to dominate the recruiting landscape while several national contenders remain firmly in the mix.

Headlining the class is unanimous No. 1 overall prospect Zach Quarterman, a physically dominant 6’6”, 246-pound athlete from Tacoma, Washington who ultimately committed to Washington. Quarterman’s rare blend of size, explosiveness, and positional versatility has many scouts projecting him as one of the most impactful prospects in recent recruiting history.

Georgia secured one of the cycle’s biggest wins by landing elite five-star quarterback Robert Aguayo out of Cartersville, Georgia, while Clemson added major defensive firepower with commitments from Jordan Iwuchukwu and offensive tackle Nate Robinson. LSU also stayed hot on the trail after securing five-star safety Keiwone Chosen, one of the premier defensive backs in the nation.

Despite several major commitments already coming off the board, key prospects remain undecided, including elite linebacker Jameson Ferris, lockdown corner Manu Coffee, and dynamic athlete Alex D’Imperio, leaving plenty of intrigue as recruiting battles intensify heading toward signing day.

🔥 Recruiting Storylines to Watch
  • Georgia continues building one of the nation’s strongest recruiting classes
  • Clemson lands two Top 10 prospects with major trench additions
  • Elite ATH prospects dominate the top tier of the rankings
  • Several uncommitted five-stars remain heavily contested nationally
  • The SEC continues to control the recruiting spotlight entering the late cycle
⭐ Top Ranked Prospects
  • #1 Zach Quarterman (ATH) — Committed to Washington
  • #2 Robert Aguayo (QB) — Committed to Georgia
  • #3 Jordan Iwuchukwu (ATH) — Committed to Clemson
  • #4 Keiwone Chosen (FS) — Committed to LSU
