In his autobiography he admitted to playing drunk at least three times and one was a MOTM performance. The best captain of all time. :lol:

Not ideal to start the season without several key players. Good job finding a pragmatic solution to take an opening day win. Fans could see a reason for concern though, struggling so hard against a newly promoted side. Still room for improvement, I suppose.

Paul McGrath was the same. Often played better when drunk!!
