I am in the same situation. The goal is Europe even though we were 18th when I took over. I am hoping that a good run and staying up is enough.

Three draws in your last five. If you want to keep the mathematical opportunity of catching PSV alive, you need more consistency than that. I feel you in regards to job security. I was let go myself despite good form, just had unrealistic expectations from the board. Hope you don't suffer the same fate, given that your careers are usually tied to a club rather than the manager.
