Heisman Trophy returns to Norman as Sean Cheeseman edges out Missouri's Earnest Reyna
Jessica West -- SI.com

The bronzed status is heading back to Norman, Oklahoma as Sooners quarterback Sean Cheeseman won the Heisman after throwing for 3,673 yards and thirty six touchdowns in a narrow victory over Missouri quarterback Earnest Reyna.

Reyna, who guided Missouri to its first ever SEC Championship, held the statistical edge with fifty one touchdowns and 4,099 passing yards and six rushing touchdowns but Cheeseman's efficiency, just three interceptions compared to twelve for Reyna, ultimately won him the trophy.

The two faced off five weeks ago when Reyna's Tigers beat the Sooners 45-42 where Cheeseman threw two interceptions. Reyna went 27 of 39 for 367 yards and four touchdowns, the second of five consecutive games with at least four touchdowns to end the regular season, including five touchdowns in the SEC Championship Game against Clemson.

InB4 all the Sox Cheese jokes coming..

Looks like Iowa got their Shaun Green back.

After that great season and all you had was a TE winning an award. Team effort this season. All team no stars.
