Still need more clean sheets but you are doing a good job spreading around the goal scoring.

I wouldn't think 7-6-1 would have you in 2nd place, but I don't know shit

Kosovo's Erëleta Memeti Opts To Stay In The NWSL After Resigning A 3-Year Deal With Racing Louisville.

Image

Last seasons NWSL' Golden Boot winner, Erëleta Memeti (20 goals), is the next player to resign a deal with Racing Louisville as the transfer window approaches.

Currently, Memeti has scored 5 goals & 4 assists for Racing Louisville as the club sits in second place.

"Every decision we make this Summer is purely for the betterment of this club & this city. We're happy to announce that Erëleta will be in Louisville for the next three season." Racing's head coach, Filipa Patão, told DS.net following the announcement.

The transfer window opened on July 1st, allowing clubs an opportunity to offer deals & transfer fees for Louisville's players.

Currently, Taylor Flint, Alisha Lehmann, Jamie-Lee Napier, Emily Haber, Lamara Amrani, & Nawja Doka are eligible to discuss contracts without a transfer fee. This means Filipa Patão must act fast if she wants to secure any of these players for the teams future moving forward.

We're pretty well rounded this time around. We don't have to rely on the same scorer & our bench is full of options as well.

Still working on those clean sheets but it's a goal every single time we lace them up. Do not allow any goals :letsgo:

We're barely in second though tbqh. Any team that wins two in a row shakes these entire standings up (& we have to secure wins to stay on top)

Fan Favorite, Alisha Lehmann, Resigns With Racing Louisville For Three More Seasons Amid Transfer Window.

Image

At the start of the season, it was uncertain whether Racing Louisville FC would be able to maintain their star power on expiring contracts. While most expected Alisha Lehmann to turn down an offer & return to playing in Europe, she put to rest that conversation after signing a 3-year extension in Louisville.

"We're thrilled that Alisha Lehmann has decided to compete with us for years to come. I know these women want to win the NWSL championship again, & keeping the band together just makes our chances that much better." Racing's head coach, Filipa Patão, told DS.net.

Lehmann recently scored the game-tying goal against the San Diego Wave that forced a draw for Louisville.

Racing is set to face off against the Orlando Pride on July 12th & will be the final match until August 25th when Racing faces the Washington Spirit.

With the Summer transfer window still early, should we expect any changes in Louisville or will they continue to maintain their core for years to come?

How old is Lehmann? I bet it feels nice to keep her in the squad.

Just 31. The majority of my best players are like 30-31 :drose: but we’ve got some promising youth too.

Fans Breathe A Sigh Of Relief After Racing Louisville Reaches A Contract Extension With Star Defender' Taylor Flint.

Image

Filipa Patão resigned another key player for Racing Louisville in defensive midfielder, Taylor Flint.

Flint, who joined Racing during Patão's season at manager in 2024, has been apart of the the biggest moments in club history, including the historic three-peat in 2026, 2027, & 2028.

One of Flint's most memorable moments included her equalizer against the KC Current at the 119th minute & forced a penalty shootout, which Racing would win & secure their spot in the championship, which they would go on to win.

"This city is head over heels for Taylor Flint.." Racing's head coach Filipa Patão told DS.net.

"We're ecstatic that she has decided to stay with our club & I just know these women can't wait to get back on the pitch."

The Summer transfer window is wide open as the NWSL experiences their midseason break.

Racing Louisville returns to action on August 25th on the road against the Washington Spirit.
