Hoping to be challenged in the playoffs. Usually against mid season slider tweaks but I may make a few. B12 championship up first.

Juan Cortez Joins Kansas, Jayhawks Miss on Two Key Targets

Kansas continues to build a strong 2029 recruiting class with the addition of Juan Cortez, a 6’4”, 214-pound power punter from Arlington Bowie High School in Texas. Cortez brings a booming leg and a controlled drop, excelling in flipping field position and pinning opponents deep. His frame and strength also give him potential versatility on special teams coverage.
While the Jayhawks added Cortez, they did miss on a pair of coveted athletes. Four-star ATH Phil Trapp (Florence, AL), a hybrid tight end/edge rusher and the nation’s No. 294 overall player, committed to Alabama. Kansas also lost out on ATH/LB Chester Grasmanis, a 6'2" playmaker from Letairie, Louisiana, who committed to Texas. Grasmanis is the No. 295 prospect nationally and projects as a fast-flowing linebacker at the next level.
Despite the setbacks, head coach Jordan McAlary remains bullish on the 2029 class:
“We love the guys we’ve got committed. They fit who we are and what we’re building here. This class has a chance to be really special.”
Kansas’ class currently ranks 10th nationally and 1st in the Big 12.

Kansas doubles up at kicker, adds Georgia's Parker

Kansas added a key special teams piece with the signing of Kyle Parker, a powerful 6'0", 193-pound kicker from Rome, Georgia. Parker brings strong leg strength and proven poise in high-pressure moments, making him a valuable addition to the Jayhawks’ 2029 class.
However, Kansas did miss on one of its top remaining defensive targets—No. 6-ranked cornerback Don Everett—who chose to stay in-state and sign with Georgia. Despite the miss, Kansas’ class remains among the nation’s best, ranked No. 10 overall with 15 total signings: 3 five-stars, 9 four-stars, and 3 three-stars.

it's nice to play a team we didn't see this season in the CC game. We haven't seen them since week 1 last seasonChillcavern wrote: ↑22 May 2025, 23:57Big 12 title game time

was hoping to get a few things done in other chises last night too but went too deep reworking some of the PSDs for this, trying to streamline stuff
TBQH this recruiting class will probably never see the light of day with CFB26 on the horizon
