Kentucky School Visit.
Kentucky head coach, Mark Stoops, invited a few different recruits to Lexington for the Saturday game against the Eastern Kentucky University Colonels on Sept. 9.
The Wildcats were victorious, 28-17.
After the game, the recruits were given a full tour of the campus & the athletic facilities.
"Our state of the art training center will turn you into the best versions of yourself. & gentlemen, it won't be easy.. If you choose to play on my football team, you can expect a lot of blood, a lot of sweat, & for some of you, a lot of tears.." Mark Stoops said as the recruits listened to him following a hair-raising video presentation.
"But I promise each & every single one of you, that I will fight for you. I will give you my fullest potential every single day we step onto that field.. & I expect that same level of work ethic from you as well.."
While Jozif has yet to receive a scholarship offer from Kentucky, this visit & his interactions with the staff, as well as meeting some of the current players, seemed to have went really well for the Croydon-native.

Touring Lexington.
Following Jozif's recruiting visit at the University of Kentucky, he met back up with his girlfriend, Jade, & the two spent the rest of their evening touring Lexington.
"I like it here, J! I could see the two of us really thriving in a place like this.." she told him as the two roamed around in an art gallery downtown.
"I rate it here too.. The visit was blessed, but they still ain't patterned me with a scholarship."
"..& if they did.. Would you take it?"
Jozif pondered on if he would join the Kentucky WIldcats if given the opportunity, knowing that Hawaii is at the top of his list to play football next season.
"Of course, babes. Who wouldn't wanna ball out at Kentucky?"
"..& you know, we could live together too.." Jade said as she ran her finger down his bottom lip.
"How do you feel about that, Jo?"
"Living with you at uni would be lit, no lie. Mans definitely needs to wake up to this every day.." he said he grabbed his girl & squeezed her tight.
With a big grin on her face, Jade suddenly remembers there's a nearby hookah shop in the area.
"Oh, J! We have to go! Have you ever been to a hookah lounge before?"
"Nah, mans never puffed anything, innit."
"Neither have I! Let's go!"
She grabs Jozif by the arm & the two went across the street & reserved a table. Without asking for ID, the two high schoolers sat down for another first experience.
Once the hookah was finished, the two hopped in Jade's car & headed south, back home to Somerset.
