Coach Porter's Notes
It's time to assert ourselves in the running game. Last week was a bit closer to what we're looking for but we have not been able to lean on the run game consistently. We're hopeful that the personnel changes we have made up front will help.
Defensive line is decent, LE Hopper (#94) is the best of that group. Good strength and reads plays pretty well.
OLBs are pretty good. Grays (#26) is all over the field.
Defensive backs are, in general, a vulnerability. Miller (#11), the deep safety, is the exception. He is the best player on the team.
