The College Football Playoff got underway this week with the road teams winning two of the four games. #12 LSU went on the road and beat #5 Oregon 31-28 in Autzen Stadium. #10 Miami traveled out went and beat undefeated and seventh-ranked BYU 20-17. #6 USC and #8 Indiana both won at home to advance.
The Quarterfinals are all set with #1 Missouri taking on #8 Indiana in the Rose Bowl, #2 Oklahoma facing #10 Miami in the Peach Bowl, #3 Notre Dame taking on #6 USC in the Fiesta Bowl, and #4 Boise State facing #12 LSU in the Cotton Bowl.
