Salt Lake City, UT. - The Utah Jazz flexed their muscle at home, dominating the Dallas Mavericks to even the Western Conference semifinal series at two games apiece.

Anthony Black erupted in the fourth quarter, scoring 23 of his 45 points in the decisive final frame to lead Utah to a convincing victory. Ace Bailey added 35 points of his own, continuing his historic playoff run with yet another dominant performance.

Dallas struggled mightily on the offensive end. Kyrie Irving put up 25 points but shot an abysmal 8-for-28 from the field—though his seven made three-pointers kept the Mavericks competitive until Black took over. Cooper Flagg, the Mavericks' superstar forward, was plagued by foul trouble throughout the contest, playing just 25 minutes total after picking up his fourth foul early in the third quarter. By the time the fourth quarter arrived, Flagg's availability was severely limited.

Despite the decisive victory, there was no celebration on the Utah sideline. Head coach Joe Mazzulla addressed the media with a measured, almost stern demeanor.

"All this does is turn a seven-game series into a three-game series," Mazzulla said flatly. "The pattern we've established is win one, lose one. We can't continue that if we want to advance. We have to break that trend—period."

It's a clear acknowledgment that while the win matters, Utah has given themselves no margin for error.

The Jazz will look to seize their first series lead when Game 5 returns to Dallas on Thursday night.

Cam when sox has to sim the game and he can finally shine
I want to enjoy using Cam again, but he is so damn streaky. I'm sure he has the badge where he needs lots of shots or whatever it's called, but with Ace's emergence he's not the focal point he was last year. He'll hit a three or two and I'm like, yeah, let's go Cam. Then he bricks three in a row and doesn't get a shot for two quarters :pgdead:

that is my fault tho, I gotta play to his strengths more
Finding dudes that you can play with that match their flow is tough. That being said, Cam hitting a couple threes then proceeding to brick them sounds exactly like Cam, only IRL he keeps on shooting the damn ball haha
