2-0 vs Leicester and 2-0 vs Ipswich Town. This is the recipe for championships, making the most of these games and not dropping unexpected points left and right. Solid.

Spurs title charge continues as a domestic double remains on the table along with another European trophy
The international break has cut short what has been a superb month for Spurs who put up clean sheets against Leicester City and Ipswich Town in their two league games and then handled Cardiff City, as expected, in the FA Cup to advance to the next round where they will take on last year's Premier League champion and the squad that knocked them out out of Carabao Cup in Newcastle United.

Spurs also advanced in the Europa League to the quarterfinals after battering Strasbourg 5-1 on aggregate. They remain one of the favorites in the competition despite routinely fielding a rotational squad with A.C. Milan, Ajax and Benfica among the notable clubs left. Spurs take on Feyenoord in the quarterfinals, who easily took care of their draw against Legia Warszawa in the previous round and finished just one point being Spurs in the group stage.

Coming out of the international break, the fixtures do get a bit congested with Spurs playing five games in thirteen days, including three in seven days, all league games.

In between their two matches against Feyenoord, Spurs play Newcastle again, this time in league play after opening the month against them in the FA Cup. After the second leg against Feyenoord, they travel to Brighton and then to Aston Villa before ending the month against Everton.

Newcastle remain on the periphery as title challengers, currently thirteen points behind Spurs but a win, both in cup competition and league, could give them that boost to make a final push to defend their title. Brighton are a classic middle team right now, safe from relegation and yet not in contention for a European spot at all. Aston Villa are, currently slotted into sixth but could easily make a push into Europa league and perhaps even Champions League football with a string of good results. Everton battled relegation earlier this season but are now eleven points clear.

Lucas Bergvall and Wilson Odobert are both expected to be fit for action following the international break, giving Spurs some extra firepower as they continue their championship push.

Damn Isak is going off. You have a nice cushion. Take care of the games you need to take care of and all goes well.
