Bucs fail to convert two-point attempt as Titans hang on to 30-28 win
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving was tackled nearly as soon as he got the handoff as Gabe Harris and Whit Weeks combined in the backfield to stop the Buccaneers' two point conversion attempt and held on for the 30-28 win on Sunday for their tenth win of the season.

The Bucs struggled to finish drives, falling to a 24-9 deficit despite four redzone trips, all of them failing to result in a touchdown as Baker Mayfield threw a redzone interception and then had to settle for field goals on the other three trips. The Bucs would turn it around in the second half, starting with a eight play drive that had four different completions of over ten yards, including the touchdown to Darren Waller.

Mayfield would throw his second touchdown of the night in the fourth quarter with six minutes left to make it a five point game. Cam Ward and the Titans would have a pretty solid drive, converting two third downs with completions of twenty six and eight yards to Chimere Dike and Justin Jefferson respectively but would settle for another field goal, their second of the quarter, after Ward's pass to Ja'Kobi Lane on third and eight fell short of the sticks.

Tampa drove the field on the ensuing possession during their two-minute drill with consecutive completions of nineteen and then twenty-one yards to Chris Godwin Jr. from where Mayfield would scramble it in for the touchdown with forty seconds left to make it a two point game but the conversion would fail.
