🟥 TEXAS A&M RECRUITING — 2031 CLASS

Texas A&M continues to build one of the strongest recruiting classes in the nation, currently sitting at #12 nationally with a balanced group loaded with size, athleticism, and defensive upside. The Aggies focused heavily on versatility throughout the cycle, landing impact players on both sides of the ball while continuing to strengthen the trenches.

Headlining the class is four-star defensive tackle Colt Simms out of Muskegon, Michigan, ranked as the #2 DT in the nation. Simms brings immediate SEC-level size and strength to the interior defensive line and projects as a foundational piece for the Aggies moving forward.

Texas A&M also secured major secondary help with four-star corner Jermaine McNitt, alongside versatile athlete Keenan Griggs, who adds elite size and athleticism at 6’4”. The Aggies added two developmental quarterbacks in Tory Foucha and Femi Fuata, while continuing to reinforce the offensive line with three-star guard Randy MacChristopher.

🔥 Key Recruiting Notes
  • Texas A&M currently ranks #12 nationally
  • Strong emphasis on defensive versatility and size
  • Aggies landed multiple Top 60 national prospects
  • Secondary and defensive front were major priorities
  • Quarterback depth continues to improve
⭐ Top Texas A&M Commits
  • Colt Simms (DT) — NAT: 47 | POS: 2
  • Jermaine McNitt (CB) — NAT: 55 | POS: 10
  • Keenan Griggs (ATH) — NAT: 227 | POS: 10
  • Tory Foucha (QB) — NAT: 369 | POS: 21
With the SEC continuing to dominate the recruiting landscape, Texas A&M is positioning itself to remain a long-term contender by building depth, athleticism, and elite defensive talent throughout the roster.

🏆 TOP 10 RECRUITS IN THE NATION — 2031 CLASS

The 2031 recruiting cycle is shaping up to be one of the deepest and most athletic classes in recent memory, with elite two-way athletes, franchise quarterbacks, and dominant defensive playmakers headlining the national rankings. Programs across the SEC, Big Ten, and ACC continue to battle for positioning as the race for the nation’s top talent intensifies.

Leading the class is five-star ATH Zach Quarterman out of Tacoma, Washington — a massive 6’6” weapon viewed as one of the most versatile prospects in the country. Georgia already secured a major recruiting victory with the commitment of five-star QB Robert Aguayo, while LSU landed elite safety Keiwone Chosen, continuing the SEC’s dominance on the trail.

Several blue-chip stars remain undecided, including linebackers Jameson Ferris and Caleb Irving, along with elite athlete Jordan Iwuchukwu, giving powerhouse programs plenty left to fight for heading deeper into the cycle.

🔥 Recruiting Storylines to Watch
  • Georgia and LSU continue stacking elite defensive talent
  • The SEC owns multiple Top 10 commitments already
  • ATH prospects dominate the top of the class
  • Several Top 5 recruits remain uncommitted
  • Texas A&M continues climbing nationally with a Top 12 class

⭐ Top Ranked Prospects
  • #1 Zach Quarterman (ATH) — Tacoma, WA
  • #2 Robert Aguayo (QB) — Committed to Georgia
  • #4 Keiwone Chosen (FS) — Committed to LSU
  • #7 Manu Coffee (CB) — Elite lockdown corner prospect
  • #9 Nate Robinson (LT) — One of the premier offensive linemen in the class
The race for the 2031 class is far from over, but the early returns suggest the SEC is once again building a recruiting powerhouse pipeline.

I hope not, but kills me winning the SEC title. The one thing I have yet to secure.
