Shielding the ball in the box. Sometimes just because I'm shielding it and the AI comes through my player. Other times, I can tell the AI is about to lunge and I'll pull LT to make my player jump in the way at the last second. Of course, there's also the ones where I'm on a break and the trailing defender just cleans me out.
