Yes, I've just finished the season, 38 appearances and 39 G/A. He's not in the preferred 11 yet... He may soon push to become a more regular starter...

Absolutely. 19 points better than the team that won the playoffs. But hey, that's how the league format works. With 6 clubs in the Playoffs next season, you can finish 8th and still go up.
