As it should be.

Any targets on the list for LB? Are you sitting good with squad rules on English players so you can shop anywhere?
Plenty fine with HG rules.

I'm not sure if I'm going for a definite backup or someone who could potentially displace Burrows yet. If we're going backup then I'm looking at Joao Mendes, Mehdi Dorval, Abner Vinicius, Kristoffer Lund, Julio Soler or Luke Thomas. If we're going potential starter then Samuel Dahl or Abel Bretones.

Mate! I thought we were friends ;)

On topic, great to see you succeeding with The Blades. I started a career with them myself, jumping in with a live start. But the board wanted an instant league win despite me taking over just above the relegation zone, and I was fired with a game left of the season. Anyway, I did play with them enough to feel an attachment to the group of players, so it's fun to see how they are performing for you. Sad to see Tom Cannon leaving, he was brilliant for me and is still their top scorer in my save, since I made the switch to Blackburn Rovers.
Sucks that you weren't able to keep that going. Cannon just wasn't good enough for me unfortunately with how good Campbell has been.

Agent is celebrating somewhere about this.

A defeat that might not be terrible for the season. With Europe so close, focusing on the league only with your depth is the way to go.

Tough loss to Forest but at least it's only the cup

I was hoping to at least get a couple rounds under the belt, though, to get some prize money in.

Lock in, play tight and get the defense set. This will be a hard one.

Forest in the 3rd round would always be a tough ask. Unlucky not to get an easier first game in the competition. That said, that first half was awful. Good job coming back for an exciting finish, then conceding again late. Good job at City, rooting for you.
