Gordon Martin had the hot hand for Orlando tonight, scoring 22 points on 7/11 shooting.
PHOENIX — It went from bad to badder for the Suns as the team lost their third straight game today in a match against the Orlando Magic.
"Foul trouble got us early. Our bench stepped up but we fail short of our target." LeBron James told DS.net following the loss.
Recks Black took over in the 4th quarter, making up for lost time & scored a game-high 29 points. While unstoppable on the court, there simply wasn't enough time in the game for the Suns to pull out a comeback victory.
DJ Porter Sr. also fell into foul trouble in the first half yet still managed to score 18 points & pull 12 rebounds in the loss.
The Suns will look to end their three-game skid in an upcoming Tuesday night battle on the road against the Denver Nuggets.

DJ Porter went off against the Nuggets for 33 points & 21 rebounds in a Suns win!
DENVER — What a performance from DJ Porter Sr. tonight as he finished with his first 30/20 game of the season against the Denver Nuggets. Phoenix finally snaps an ugly 3-game skid with today's victory, & are now 3rd in NBA Cup standings for their group in the West at 2-2.
"What else can I say. DJ Porter, ladies & gentleman!" Tiny Jimenez said post-game after tonight's victory.
Jimenez's statline was just as impressive as he notched his third triple-double of the season.
For the Nuggets, their big man in the middle, Waitari Farmer, went back at DJ Porter the best he could & ended up with 28 points along with 4 assists.
"When DJ [Porter] is playing like that, it's hard for anyone in the entire NBA to stop him. I thought our guys did their best but he's an entirely different beast." Nuggets' head coach, Tyronn Lue, told DS.net.
The Phoenix Suns have just two games remaining in the month of November as the NBA season keeps rolling! They'll host the Atlanta Hawks on Friday for the last home game of the month. After that, the club will be traveling to Portland on Sunday for their first matchup against the Trail Blazers this season.
