Ingolstadt Announce Post Deadline Day Squad

The final 22-man squad under Sabrina Wittmann.

Ingolstadt were relatively light on transfer activity in the January window. The club sold LM Lian Zimmermann to Luton for €9M and CM Matti Frank to Gaziantep F.K. for €4M. Ingolstadt paid the release clause to bring back academy starlet Gregor Brink for €43M after he had been sold to Stade de Reims for 1/10 of that fee back in August, in a somewhat puzzling move. Brink should provide better cover for Moller at left midfield, however than Zimmermann was. Additionally, the club promoted academy starlet Tim Seidel to cover Felix Heinrich at right-back. Matti Frank had been trying to convert from a midfield role to right-back but was struggling to adapt to the position.
