thanks bro, once that play happened I knew I had to get a good one.
absolutely huge, thought for sure we were going to struggle once Orji went down. Good to know we have a more than capable back up.
bros are stepping up huge for us so far.
bro is a way better passer than Orji so if Orji ever misses extended time then we will lean more on the pass.Captain Canada wrote: ↑16 Jul 2025, 09:20Colandrea
Glad to see he's doing work for you in Orji's absense
Colandrea almost made me make a QB change the way he was slinging it around.Chillcavern wrote: ↑16 Jul 2025, 09:39That’s some proper “3 yards and a cloud of dust” football there for you it seems, love riding that to an upset!
Colandrea bailed you guys out after Orji’s injury.
I knew we had a chance knowing Nico's bum ass was the starter.
Thanks for checking in guys!

Sam Houston Edges Hawaii in Thriller with Walk-Off Field Goal
HONOLULU, HI -- On a night filled with fireworks at Clarence T.C. Ching Complex, the final explosion belonged to the Sam Houston Bearkats.
In a back-and-forth fourth quarter that saw momentum swing like a pendulum, the Bearkats marched down the field in the closing seconds to set up a game-winning field goal, stunning the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors 40-37 in a heart-pounding non-conference shootout.
With just over a minute remaining, Hawaii had seemingly completed the comeback of the night. Trailing by seven and pinned deep, the Rainbow Warriors strung together a brilliant drive that featured pinpoint passes and powerful runs. The drive was capped off by a 35-yard rushing touchdown by Cam Barfield to tie the game at 37.
The celebration was short-lived.
With the game on the line, Sam Houston quarterback Hunter Watson delivered a cold-blooded performance under pressure. Starting deep in his own territory, Watson completed a 23-yard pass to receiver Michael Phoenix II to bring the Bearkats to Hawaii's 41-yard line. On the next play he hit his tight end for another first down and to bring his team into field goal range.
With the clock ticking and Hawaii out of answers, the Bearkats trotted out their kicker for a 37-yard attempt. The snap, the hold, the kick—it was perfect. The ball sailed cleanly through the uprights as time expired, silencing the Honolulu crowd and sealing a wild win for the visitors.
