i feel like yall got worst in the offseason, didn't really see any impactful moves and yall lost yall best corner

Yeah it was a pretty underwhelming offseason for us. I couldn't get us under the salary cap so I wasn't able to offer Ruke Orhorhoro an extension. Terrell was pissed at the coach for not meeting some decision I made at the start of the season so I went ahead & dealt him for a pick trying to get us under the cap but no luck. Restructuring deals wasn't going to help either. Once we advanced past the initial free agency I was able to offer 1 year deals to players still left. Among those we picked up Baker Mayfield, DT Kenny Clark, MLB Jerome Baker, LE Logan Hall, WR Quentin Johnston, & resigned our FB Reggie Gilliam. These pick ups ratings wise were pretty good to complement the team but we didn't have a very electric summer.
