It would have to be a unicorn job. Otherwise, I'm going to stay here and try to get the HC job since it's my alma mater.

From what I have read it is not likely, maybe not even possible, to go directly from a coordinator to a head coach at the same school.

Well I guess I'll be a permanent DC until a good P5 job opens that I'm qualified for.
