We've done many special things at Pitt. Turned them into a dominate program while primarily recruiting the rust belt. We got lucky with some special transfers and some top athletes.
- Wanted to make a move after the Natty year. Either to the PAC-12 or to the SEC. Whichever one came first. Auburn came open after 2029 and almost took it.
- In the time at Pitt, the ACC became the 2nd strongest conference. If not the strongest. Each year it was Pitt, Notre Dame, Clemson, Florida State, Boston College, VA Tech, WVU in the Top 5. Extremely competitive.
- LSU will be a fun one. It is a rebuild too. They have been .500 for the last 5 years. One playoff appearance in 2024.

So what's next: LSU
- Going to build it in the image of Chip Kelly Oregon with a little bit of Malzahn flair
- Focus the recruiting on winning in LA, East Texas, then snag a Florida or Georgia
