Did you make any ratings edits to reflect Tejadas weight loss and shift in workout routines?

no just changed his weight, the only reason why i even considered it was because his speed/acc ratings were in the mid 80s already which i found to be TE worthy

Hurricanes expected to be big time players in Alex Pineda's upcoming recruitment
Eddie Fernandez -- 247 Sports Miami Insider

Five-star quarterback Alex Pineda lit up the Elite 11 competition this past summer, cementing himself as one of the top quarterbacks in the country and after a recent unofficial visit to the University of Miami, the Hurricanes are squarely involved in the recruitment of one of the nation's top arms.

Pineda, who hails from Louisville, Kentucky, told CBS Sports that the Hurricanes, along with Oregon and Georgia, are some of the schools coming after him the hardest right now. The former Louisville commit says that he doesn't have a timeline for a commitment and that he'll announce it whenever he's ready.

"I'm just enjoying the process right now," Pineda said back in July, "Whenever I feel ready to pull the trigger, I will."

The Hurricanes signed an out of state quarterback in Alec Baer last year and are no stranger to elite quarterback battles, landing Terrance Harris two cycles ago and Keke Hagg a few cycles prior.

only doing two ticks of scouting (80%) and his speed rating wasn't revealed but he has 90 acceleration so expecting somewhere between 90-93 speed. 97 jumping though

Five players that could be due for a breakout campaign for the Miami Hurricanes
Manny Ledo -- The Miami Herald Sports Columnist

The Miami Hurricanes open the regular season in two weeks when they travel to Charlotte to play a former Big East and ACC foe in Syracuse. As the coaching staff finalizes that gameplan as well as their first official depth chart for the opener, here are some players that a strong finish to fall camp could change their trajectory for this season:

HB Sammy Ramey
We sort of know what Kaseem Dalton brings to the table and to a lesser extent, so is the case with sophomore Broderick Booker as they are both bigger running backs that are going to grind out some tough yards and help alleviate some of the offensive line concerns with their ability to run through contact.

An aspect of Miami's offense was their ability to score at any point from anywhere and that was aided by having guys like receiver Max North and running back Aidan Teague. The closest thing Miami has in the backfield to Teague is former five-star Sammy Ramey who averaged nearly eight yards per carry last year in a limited role.

While Dalton and Booker might eat up the bulk of the carries, if Ramey is able to carve himself a role in this offense, it'll increase the explosive potential of this unit and take some pressure off first-year starter Terrance Harris as asking a second-year quarterback to lead ten-plus play drives consistently without making a mistake is a tall task.

CB Bo Harvin
The top three corners are essentially set in Siaki Tu'ikolovatu, Stephon Bynum and Tremaine Thompson. The Hurricanes played as many as five corners throughout last year so they'll need some solid depth throughout the season to last in the SEC.

Enter Bo Harvin, who had a really good spring and was a standout among the freshmen at the position. He's got good length at six-foot-two and while he's a bit light at 172 pounds, Harvin plays more physically than his listed size.

If Harvin can string together some good final practices with a solid showing in the final scrimmage, he could be a player that ends being part of some critical snaps down the stretch of the season.

TE Baraka Tejada
At the end of spring, it seemed that Brian Killings might have been TE2 behind Orlando Lord as Tejada had a relatively quiet spring game. The former offensive tackle shook things up in Miami's fall scrimmage, stealing the show with his long touchdown.

While that was the highlight, it's Tejada's effectiveness as a run blocker that continues to get him snaps and could ultimately earn him that TE2 role as he is by far and away the best blocker in that group and with a first-year quarterback, the Hurricanes might want to lean into that running game by having essentially a sixth offensive lineman out there as much as possible.

OT Tyler Griffen
Enrique Snedejo has had an up and down fall camp, opening the door for the East Carolina transfer in Tyler Griffen to come in and make a claim for that right tackle spot.

There are concerns with Griffen which were evident in the spring game as his pass blocking is ways behind his run blocking but again, if Miami plans to be a run first offense under new offensive coordinator Tim Beck, Griffen might be the better option over Sendejo.

Even with that in mind, Griffen will need to show that he is a capable enough pass blocker that he is not a liability as one of the protectors for Miami's five-star quarterback.

EDGE Jamie Stumph
It's been a quiet fall camp for five-star true freshman Jamie Stumph who looked like he might be competing for a starting spot by the end of spring as he was really effective in the spring game and disruptive.

In camp, the experience of Robert Coutu and Mike Obi have really showed as they have been some of the standouts, particularly against the run. Stumph is talented enough to earn himself some snaps as the year progresses but if he wants to be an integral part of the defense, he'll need to turn it up and soon.

Other notables include true freshman Ezekiel Hooey being listed as a co-starter at receiver. The other starters are second-year receiver Marcus Cavazos, Florida transfer Brian Trapasso and senior Tyler Rattay, who briefly entered the transfer portal before returning to Miami.

Hurricanes pull away from Orange in impressive debut for QB Harris
As Broderick Booker rolled into the endzone, chants of 'S-E-C' could be heard throughout Bank of America Stadium, the site of the ACC Championship Game where the Miami Hurricanes had dominated in their last few years in the conference before bolting for the SEC last year.

"We just wanted to play a good football game," Hurricanes head coach Mario Cristobal said of the chants after the game, "Wherever the Miami Hurricanes are playing football, that's the conference you want to be in."

The Hurricanes hardly looked like they missed a step in Cristobal's tenth season at Miami, blowing out Syracuse 49-21 to make a statement against their former conference mate and to the rest of the college football world that the Hurricanes, despite the roster attrition to the draft this past offseason, is still among the elite of the sport.

In his first career start, redshirt freshman Terrance Harris had one rookie mistake, failing to look off the safety on a deep shot that was intercepted. Other than that, Harris was nearly flawless, completing 76 percent of his passes for 295 yards and rushed for another 45-yards, including a highlight reel touchdown run to end the half. With six seconds left, Harris had completed a pass within the three-yard line and hurried Miami's offense to the line of scrimmage, out of timeouts.

Unclear if they had enough time to spike the ball, Harris ran a play or more accurately, ran around in the backfield and then broke through three tacklers to power his way into the endzone. It came the drive after his ill advised interception and sparked life back into Miami
