Pacific builds big lead, holds on to win
Stockton, California - Pacific led 30-17 at halftime and looked poised to run a way with a convincing win over Nevada. they did win but had to hold on and came away with a narrow 37-34 win. Myles Carr played his best game of the season, throwing for 338 yards and three scores with no turnovers.
Pacific finishes their first season since 1995 with an impressive 6-6 record. The Tigers are not bowl eligible as one of their six wins came against UC Davis, a non FBS school.
"Incredible season, incredible group of players, coaches, administration. Fans! Amazing fans!" Fassel said after the game as he reflected on the season.
